NOTICE: Monday 4 May 2026 at 6:00pm

The University of Canterbury Rugby Football Club will be holding its 2026 Annual General Meeting on Monday 4 May 2026 at 6pm, at the clubrooms. An agenda is provided below, along with the minutes from the 2025 AGM, the Club’s Strategic Plan and the Co-Chair’s Report.

Motions for the meeting and nominations for the Executive Committee have now closed. The complete list of nominees for the 2026/2027 term of the Committee are:
