The University of Canterbury Rugby Football Club will now be holding its 2025 Annual General Meeting on Monday 14 July 2025 at 6pm, at the clubrooms. Please note the revised date for this meeting. An updated agenda is provided below, along with the minutes from the 2024 AGM and the Club’s Strategic Plan. 

Motions for the meeting and nominations for the Executive Committee have now closed. The complete list of nominees for the 2025/2026 term of the Committee are:

Additionally, A minor amendment is proposed to section 41 of the constitution.
It is proposed to now read: “As advised by our auditor, the club’s balance date shall commence on 01/01 and end on 31/12 (the latter being the Society’s date.)”

This is to align with our auditors practices. This has now been sent to all members. If no objections are received within 20 working days, the amendment will be made by the committee.
