If you are looking for somewhere to hold a function, then the University Clubrooms could be the place for you. It’s a large single story venue with room for up to 150 guests that can be broken up into numerous areas. It is situated in Upper Riccarton, amongst the Ilam Fields, so there are no issues with noise restrictions and yet is close to other amenities.

Please note that during the rugby season (Approx. April – End July) we are unable to hire the premises out on a Saturday night. Friday nights are available though.

We have held birthday parties, school gatherings, wedding receptions and many other types of gatherings. It’s ideal for 21st Birthdays.

All function hire comes with licensed bar staff on site and access to kitchen facilities.
