Congratulations to our Premier Women’s team on another fantastic final. Winning the Championship yet again over our perennial rivals Christchurch.

After a back-and-forth opening stanza, UC women put on some sustained pressure for the first score. This theme continued for most of the game, with Christchurch giving away multiple penalties on their line and giving up multiple yellow cards before and after halftime. UC only gave up one score coming away with a big win 39 – 5. Another amazing result for the Viperettes!
